Shipping Policy

Estimated Processing Time:

  • 80% of orders are delivered within 6-9 business days.
  • 15% are delivered within 9-12 business days.
  • 5% are delivered after 12 business days.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time for your products is 6-9 business days after they have been shipped. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, delays of 5-6 additional days may occur, and we ask for your understanding.

During peak times, non-Luffinova branded products may be sent to our customers. The quality of these products is exactly the same, with no differences.

Preparation Time:

Your customizable orders are produced abroad.

A processing time of 1-4 business days is defined for your order to be processed. This time covers the period necessary for processing, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.

 

Tracking and Notification:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and delivery information, allowing you to track the shipment of your products.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided in your order. You are responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Delays:

Delivery times may be affected by international shipping, and in rare cases, delays may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

At the end of the online order procedure, when the customer selects the carrier before confirming the order, they are informed of the estimated delivery date. Deliveries are expected to be made within a maximum of 30 business days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must notify the SELLER within a reasonable time to deliver, and if the delivery is not made within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. Upon receipt of the termination letter, the SELLER will promptly refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, to the CUSTOMER using the same payment method used for the purchase. The SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCT until delivery to the CUSTOMER. It is reminded that the CUSTOMER has 3 days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.
