GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically via this website, you accept the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping cost for the product will be paid by the buyers. Customers who wish to use the 30-day unconditional return and exchange right must send the products to the address we specify, and the shipping cost will be borne by them as "Sender Pays".
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer, within a period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate, if any.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
Customized products do not have a right of return.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost to be borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen circumstances arise that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the order is canceled, the payment will be refunded to the buyer in cash within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer is required to inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery. The buyer should not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the cargo company. The goods/services that are received are deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, provided that the seller is notified via the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to them or the person/institution at the address they indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
For services, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the end of the right of withdrawal period.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused and in accordance with the provisions of the "Products That Cannot Be Returned" clause in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer must be returned (if the invoice of the product to be returned is issued to an institution, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution). Orders returned without a return invoice cannot be completed if the invoice is issued in the name of an institution.
The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and without damage.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted products or gift cards. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.
If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault of the buyer or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller's damages in proportion to the buyer's fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products during the right of withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount set by the seller is exceeded due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
The seller is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that put the buyer under debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared according to the buyer's wishes or clearly personal needs, products that are not suitable for return, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, makeup products, single-use items, products that are at risk of deterioration or that may expire quickly, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons after being opened by the buyer, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging has been opened by the buyer. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires, in accordance with the Regulation.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), can only be returned if their packaging has not been opened, tried, damaged, or used.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that if they default on credit card transactions, they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and be liable to the bank. In this case, the bank may take legal action, and the buyer may be required to pay the costs and attorney fees. In any case, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for damages and losses incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt if they fall into default.
